Our best friend is 12 and is on the autism spectrum. He’s funny, has an AMAZING singing voice, and loves animals. We also know that sometimes he and his mom need help from places like AANE (Asperger/Autism Network). We wanted to start a fundraiser to help raise awareness about autism. And we wanted to raise money to support a group that teaches about autism/Asperger’s and helps people like our friend and his family. Me and my brother are both gymnasts and that gave us the idea to do a plank challenge. We know it’s easy to do a plank but hard to do it for very long, so it seemed like the perfect challenge. YOU CAN DO IT!

We challenge you to do your best plank, donate, and help us make this challenge go viral! #plank4autism #aane. The first 1,500 people to donate at least $10 will receive a bracelet that says “I did a Plank4Autism.”
